Cherish Property represents real estate buyers and vendors for properties located in South East Queensland, Australia. We specialise in finding and negotiating the purchase of the highest quality residential property for our clients to invest in via our investment property buyer’s agent service or to live in, and offer a range of other services including property inspections, auction bidding, property negotiation, vendor advocacy and renovation project management. We work only with residential property delivering a comprehensive investment search, advice and negotiation service that makes your real estate experience a pleasant and financially rewarding one!
We are independent; therefore, Cherish Property only represents you. Our clients are our only priority. We do not buy or list homes, therefore have no conflicts of interest. We do not collect commissions from builders, developers, real estate agents, property managers, solicitors, building and pest inspectors, banks or finance brokers. Our aim is to serve our clients by sourcing properties on the local market that meet their personal lifestyle and/or financial objectives. We offer our clients expert guidance, local knowledge and a results-driven process that ensures a successful outcome each time.
Cherish Property is owned and operated by multi-award winning, licensed buyer/vendor advocate and agent Tracy Leske. Tracy has won her place as a finalist in the REIQ’s Buyer’s Agent of the Year and Community Service Awards, is one of The Property Investor Magazine’s Top Ten Property Specialists in 2017 demonstrating her excellence in real estate and her commitment to assisting clients buy and sell property. She was also a finalist in the 2017 Women in Business Awards and a Silver and Bronze winner in five categories at the 2017 Stevie Awards for Women in Business in New York. Tracy enjoys building strong client relationships and aims to become a trusted partner during the buy and/or sell process. Her exceptional level of service is one of the reasons clients continue to work with her, and why most of her business is through word of mouth referrals. Tracy always maintains a positive attitude, focusing on exceptional communication and shared knowledge. In addition, she is makes her clients feel comfortable and takes their ideas and concerns seriously. Tracy goes the extra mile, acknowledging her clients as individuals, a core value that she holds in high regard.
Tracy has been entrenched in Residential Real Estate on a professional and personal level since 1998 and holds Real Estate Licenses in Queensland and Victoria. In her working career, which has traversed across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, she has become proficient in real estate management, training, sales and marketing, investment strategy and loan structures, project marketing, property management and real estate trust accounting. She has been Principal and Licensee in boutique agencies and spent five years as an Investment Consultant and Manager in a large property development company in South East Queensland.
Tracy’s widespread experience in real estate has provided her with a broad knowledge of the industry, allowing her to successfully navigate all aspects of the real estate buying and selling process. Becoming a buyer/vendor agent was inevitable as this role enables her to utilise all her experience, so whether she is searching, inspecting, negotiating or bidding at auction, she is committed to the best possible outcome.
In Tracy’s personal time, she has built a high growth portfolio of property in blue chip locations across the east coast of Australia, undertaken extensive additions and renovations to improve capital and rental yield, flipped properties for profit and undertaken owner builder projects.
Apart from her real estate credentials, Tracy holds a Bachelor degree in Teaching (BTeach Deakin) and post-graduate qualifications in Educational Studies (BEdSt QU), Education (BEd(Prim) Deakin) and International Development (GradCertIntlDev RMIT).
She lives on a property in Pullenvale with her husband and young son. An old logging and farming suburb adjacent to the forested hills and mountains in D’Aguilar National Park, Pullenvale is renowned for its rural atmosphere, amazing views and acreage properties. She enjoys living in a home designed by her and her husband which was inspired by the ‘House Mosi’ in Johannesburg, South Africa and Casa Bauza in Mallorca, Spain.
Tracy is also the Co-Founder and Director of Oceans 2 Earth Volunteers, a not for profit organisation that campaigns for the welfare of animals and provides volunteer resources to animal welfare organisations worldwide.
